| The CARTS Resource Recovery Facility- Concrete & Asphalt Recycling Center is poised to increase recycling for the City of Fresno. The CARTS Concrete & Asphalt Recycling Center has been recycling asphalt and concrete since 1989 and has been increasing the amount of material processed each year. The Center provides a Class II specification base rock for construction activities. In 2001, the Recycling Center produced over 147,000 tons of market products. In 2002, the production increased to 202,000 tons. The CARTS Concrete and Recycling Center has the operational performance and productin reliability to receive 100,000 of incoming feedstock on it's 18.65 acres. The site capacity for finished product is 25,000 tons. |
